Mrs. Nechumelle Jacobs has been interviewed in frum magazines & she also offers an email list where you can receive her poems.
I got hooked right away on the honesty & emunah expressed in her poetry. She offers inspiring ideas & chizkuk too, along with a glimpse into her life as an intelligent adult & dedicated Jew who also struggles with demanding physical limitations.
Here's one for encouragement in interpersonal growth:
WE ARE HERE TO GROW
With each baby born, we celebrate
As we wish, they grow to become great
Our parents and teachers give us education
For life they enhance for us a Torah preparation
We are here to grow and perfect our soul
In truth we all share the same success goal
No one is without any flaws, not by a long shot
But we have to refine ourselves with all we have got
When with people, in the correct way, we interact
Then with the Torah, we will have joined a pact
If we turn our lives around with interpersonal growth
We will be rewarded by Hashem; that is His Oath
We must try to uplift others, so that our middos expand
By encouraging them, with lending a helping hand
Then we will have grown to our fullest potential
For middos toivos in Yiddishkeit is very central
When we grow in this manner, to Hashem nachas we give
Then of our inadequacies, with love, He will surely forgive
